A physician-owned company, CIMplify has worked with specialty medical practices throughout the country since 1997. Early on, it was recognized as one of the largest national consulting firms serving specialty medical practices. It was during this growth that the importance of a coherent IT strategy became apparent, as did the need to provide 24/7 technical support.

In order to meet the needs of client practices across the United States, CIMplify developed a depth of manpower and technical resources that allowed it to help a variety of medical specialties, including cardiology, obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, surgery and urology.

The firm created a body of hosted software that is effective and responsive, as well as easy-to-use and install. The programs cover all aspects of office management, including administrative services, patient care and the HIPAA electronic medical records requirements. In its four-plus years, CIMplify has employed this IT system and expert administrative support services to enable practices to markedly enhance critical record keeping, compliance and cash flow.

CIMplify believes that physicians should be partners in the management process, able to retain full control and participate in decision-making. Physicians are dedicated, highly educated and skilled healers, who function best as partners, not employees. Nor should they be expected to function as accountants and bill collectors.
